Reconstruct Your Life 8 Week Group Program

👉 My goal is for you to quickly develop greater capacity to function - even thrive - amidst living in the reality of grief and loss. You don't have to stuff it down for years to try to function!

START DATE: Our Fall Cohort for the 8 Week Program begins September 25, 2024

TIME: 4 pm PT/5 pm MT/6 pm CT/7 pm ET/8 pm AT 

Limited to 12 curated participants so the group is:

1. Small enough to allow a sense of safety to feel seen and supported, and
2. Big enough to provide community to remind you that you are not in this alone! {priceless!}

How it works and what is included: 

• 1 BONUS Initial private 30 minute session with Cheryl. Come prepared to share your most pressing concerns and issues right now. This session will accelerate your recovery process, allow your stress load to be relieved a little out of the gate so you can process more effectively for the full 8 weeks.  It also gives Cheryl a feel for what you are coping with.
• 8 Weekly Group Sessions for training and support along with customized group clearing based on the specific needs of the group on that day. This type of group work multiplies your results as you release obstacles affecting you now that you may or may not be in your conscious awareness.
• Weekly supportive assignments to help nourish and restore your soul. (Won't be heavy or "homework-y".) 
• Private group chat for Q&A through the week and a supportive space to connect with each other outside of our weekly calls.
