- 4 days of LIVE classes : This includes classroom time, and on-site experience taught around town in key locations

- START TIME: 9am Pacific Time
- Classes are LIVE in person, taught by Linda Eastwood & Cheryl Hannah
- INVESTMENT: $850(CAD) - note if registering for more than one class, it's only $800
What should you wear?
This is a hands-on class and we will need to touch the body and move tendons and muscles. Please be prepared to touch the body and clothing should be light and stretchy, similar to what you would wear to a yoga class. Foot covers will need to be removed for this class. removing foot covers required.to attending a yoga class.
